ABC Building & Maintenance Contractors is a multi trade property maintenance company performing repairs, maintenance and refurbishment to properties, principally residential accommodation.  We do this work either for individual homeowners (that we refer to as Domestic) or customers such as local authorities, housing associations & small business owners, that we collectively refer to as Commerical.

Domestic

Exterior Home Improvement

Our challenge was to revitalise a tired front and rear garden for a private homeowner by converting the front garden into an attractive block paved driveway & a new patio, lawn and fencing in the rear garden.  The result has won the admiring comments of family & friends.

Luxury Bathroom

Our brief was to create a bathroom with a WOW factor for a private homeowner.  This entailed the replacement of the old run down bathroom with a new luxury suite including bath with waterfall taps, walk-in shower, mood LED lighting and integrated sound system, new window and timber flooring.

Mid Range Bathroom

A more modest version of the Luxury Bathroom above.  Our task was to modernise an old fashioned bathroom with a new bath suite and walk-in shower for a private homeowner
